Publisher of (Plu)ral Art LLP
Usha Chandradas is an art historian and publisher. She’s a co-founder of Plural Art Mag, a digital art magazine with a focus on modern and contemporary visual art in Southeast Asia and was recently appointed as a Nominated Member of the Parliament of Singapore. Usha also practiced as a tax lawyer for over a decade and presently lectures in International Tax at Nanyang Technological University.

Pey Chuan Tan is a curator, producer, and the creator of I_S_L_A_N_D_S, an experimental platform based in Singapore. She collaborates with a wide network of creatives, bringing diverse audiences together for educative and empathic connections. Pey Chuan is interested in the intersections between art and design, as well as new models for integration and support of the arts.

She is also the co-founder of the Singapore International Photography Festival (SIPF), the longest-running photography festival in Southeast Asia.
