[OPEN CALL] Ang Song Ming: The People’s Graphic Score

DATE

15 OCTOBER 2025, SAT

18:00, GMT+8 (Singapore Time)

Send your submissions to:

peoplesgraphicscore@gmail.com

About

We invite you to contribute images – of people, objects, events, places, or even written reflections such as letters, notes, or poetic musings. Whether personal, poetic, or peculiar, your submissions will shape the visual and sonic fabric of the project.

At its core, The People’s Graphic Score is a kind of living archive, an anthropological snapshot of our shared preoccupations. Through your contributions, the project becomes both a collective expression and a reflection of the present moment.

The final score will be realized in both video and installation formats, culminating in concerts that explore the intersections of sound, image, and community.

Eligibility

All are welcome!

This open call is for members of the general public: all ages, backgrounds, and artistic experience. Whether you’re an artist, hobbyist, or simply someone with something to express, we invite you to take part. Your perspective matters.

What To Submit

We welcome a wide range of media, whatever helps express what’s on your mind or in your world:

  • Audio Recordings
Send us sounds, voices, ambient noise, music, or anything else. These may be woven into the musical performance as samples.
  • Written Note (Optional but Encouraged)
Tell us a bit about what you’ve submitted. What does it mean to you? How does it relate to your life, thoughts, or feelings? Your words will help deepen the context and impact of the work.
