The Many Lives of Images — MM Yu
MM Yu captures the everyday textures of city life — its people, spaces, and waste — through photography and painting.
Yu is the recipient of the CCP 13 Artist Award (2009), Ateneo Art Awards (2007), and has been a finalist in the Sovereign Asian Art Prize. Her works have been supported by residencies across Asia and Europe, including DECK Singapore and Cité Internationale des Arts in Paris.

The Many Lives of Images — Marvin Tang
Marvin Tang uses photography as a means to investigate — looking deeply into how images shape our understanding of history and collective identity.
Marvin holds degrees from NTU and the University of the Arts London. His accolades include the CAPA Asia Portfolio Review Prize (SIPF 2016) and the Kwek Leng Joo Prize for Photography (2015). His thought-provoking works have been exhibited across Europe and Asia, from the Netherlands to Thessaloniki to Singapore.

The Many Lives of Images — Jonathan Liu
Through a deep inquiry into the human and nonhuman, Jonathan Liu`s work blurs the boundaries between the objective and the intimate, the technological and the organic.
A recipient of the 2023 NAC Arts Scholarship and founding member of NFT Asia, Jonathan also co-curated PORTALS, an exhibition on art and technology at the Battlebox. His works have been exhibited across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. He currently teaches at LASALLE College of the Arts.

Tan Wei (b.1997, SG) is a curator and visual artist whose practice navigates storytelling, space, and the intricacies of everyday life. Through spatial installations and reconstructed observations, she invites audiences into a theatre of thought—prompting reflection on the synchronicities (or dissonances) within the mundane.

Undescribed #10 artist – Sarah Noorhimli (@ultralitebean.jpg)
Sarah Noorhimli (b.2001, SG) creates image-based dreamscapes that reflect on the impermanence of the body amidst urbanisation. Drawing from personal archives and film, she crafts speculative nostalgia through tech-mediated visuals. She recently received her Bachelor of Fine Arts (First Class Honours) from LASALLE College ofthe Arts, Singapore, of which she has exhibited and curated under. She was recently awarded the Winston Oh Travelogue Award (2024) and the OFF-THE-WALL Award (2025), where she exhibited in Milan, Italy.

Renee Yeo (b.1999, SG) is a multidisciplinary artist whose work explores cultural hybridity and identity. Notable works include *My Ah Gong is Kinmenese* (2024), a research film selected for the 2025 Kuala Lumpur International Film Academy Awards. Through installations, photography, and film, Renee blends personal memory with collective heritage, inviting reflections on belonging and the fluid nature of identity.

Undescribed #10 artist – Luna Chang (@lun3rc)
Luna Chang (b.2001, SG) is a multidisciplinary artist working with screen-based and lens-based media. Their practice explores identity, gender, (e)mortality, and the digital realm—using tech as a tool for agency and resistance. Post-graduation, they’re diving into photobooks, image-making histories, and new modes of presenting photography. A Fine Arts (Hons) grad from LASALLE (2024) and Winston Oh Travelogue Award recipient, Luna also brings experience in exhibition management and accessibility, having worked with DECK, SAM, National Gallery SG, Gagosian, and the SG Pavilion at Venice Biennale 2024.
